Notes |
Gervase was easily the most likable person in Borneo. He was a smooth talker, though he did put his foot in his mouth a few times, he always managed to turn it around, because he is that likable and his social game is of course, awesome. |
While Colby led the Physical and Strategic aspects, Elisabeth was by-far the best Social Player, as she was loved by everybody who came into contact with her and was easily the biggest threat against the Jury. |
Ethan easily played the best social game and that can be proven by looking at how many votes he received during the game, which would happen to be 0. Yes, even though he could have been looked at as a physical threat, nobody targeted him after the Merge. He didn't even receive a single vote against him. |
Paschal was the most liked player in the game, having received no votes against him during the game and only found his way out of the game thanks to the Purple Rock Twist, which is still seen as a poor decision by Jeff to this day. |
Jake Billingsley |
Jake was the most social person in the game. He didn't focus too much on strategy like Brian and made a connection, even with the enemy alliance. |
Heidi played things pretty cool throughout the season and was generally liked by everybody. She would have made it farther if she hadn't been double-crossed by Rob. |
Darrah was well liked by almost everybody on her Tribe and was only a target because she made a pretty good run at Immunity Challenges. She probably would have won the game had she just won a few more Immunities. |
Rupert was a loving character in All Stars and was a huge fan favorite, even winning the Fan Favorite vote at the reunion, winning a million dollars for himself. Everyone liked Rupert enough that he was such a Jury threat that his biggest ally, Jenna, turned on him in the Final Four so that she has a chance if she could make it to the Final Two. |
Julie was the most well liked among all of the competitors. From hanging out naked, which made her popular with the guys, to her all around glowing personality, she could have easily won had she made it to the end. |
On her original Tribe, Stephenie was well liked and respected, which shows, as she was the final remaining member of her Tribe. Then, when she was absorbed into Koror, she was so universally liked that people were practically tugging her around to be their friend, until she was ultimately deemed to be too big of a threat and voted out. |
Cindy and her southern charm were well liked by anyone. She was so universally liked that her allies, Stephenie and Rafe, turned on her because she would have been a big threat if she got in front of the Jury. |
Cirie is one of the most universally loved players to come through the game. She is majorly respected due to her vast turn around, going from someone who was afraid to turn over leaves, to becoming a real Survivor veteran. |
Parvati was definitely a "Social Butterfly", using her looks and bubbly personality in order to try and cozy up to the members of the majority alliance. It didn't ultimately work, but she was well liked during this season, which is something that probably can't be said about her future seasons. |
Yau Man was loved by everyone who he played with in the game, due to his survival skill and his surprising Immunity wins. |
James is always the first to say that the social aspect of the game is what gets him. However, the "Social Butterfly" award isn't all about having a "social game" necessarily, it's about being well liked by the majority of the castaways. James is very well liked by almost everyone he ever competed with, if nothing else, because of his strong work ethic. |
Amanda had the unique distinction to not be aware of the Black Widow Brigade's formation until they had blindsided her boyfriend, Ozzy and taken him out. She joined the Black Widow Brigade out of self preservation but she was still well liked by all of the guys and girls on the Tribe. |
Bob played both sides after the Merge, but every single person he played with loved him, which is why he won after making it to the Final Three. |
As far as the social aspect goes, J.T was the most beloved person in Survivor history. He actually had his opponents wanting to take him to the end, even though they knew he would beat them in the end. Guys like Brendan and Coach actually didn't mind losing if J.T. would win the game, which says a lot about J.T.'s character. |
Natalie was a very well-liked player in the game. Even when the leader of her alliance, Russell, was taking out all of the Galu members, they still liked Natalie and respected how much she grew as a person. Because of this, even though she didn't do anything strategically or physically, she still won the game. |
Sandra was linked both to the Heroes and Villains. The Villains viewed her as just a number, while the Heroes viewed her as the lesser evil of the Villains alliance, which is why she won the game for the second time. |
Jane was liked by everyone and well respected, as she won 2 Immunities and was the oldest woman in the game. If she had made it to the end, she would have easily won the game. |
Mike was well respected among the Castaways for his strong leadership abilities, as well as his service in the military. |
After the Merge, Ozzy ran the gambit on Redemption Island and was able to feed and console every one who was voted out of the game, before beating them in a challenge and sending them home. Because of this, he was a huge Jury threat and had he won the last Immunity Challenge. |
Kim was well-liked by everyone, despite playing multiple sides and was well respected among the Jury, which is why she won by such a wide margin. |
Denise was on a Tribe with every single one of the castaways on this season and was at every single Tribal Council throughout the game. She was well liked by everyone that she played with and won the game by a mile. |
Eddie made good friends with almost everyone on the Jury and was respected for slithering his way into the Final Four, especially since he was supposed to be voted out after Reynold, in the Final Seven. Because of his likability, Cochran voted him out instead of letting him into the Final Three. |
Tina, as always, was very well liked by most of her fellow Castaways and had she won the Final Immunity Challenge, she almost definitely would have won. |
Spencer was well liked by almost everyone on the Jury by the time he was voted out at the Final Four. If he would have managed to win his way to the end, he could have won it. |
Natalie was well-liked by a lot of her castaways, even after pulling blindside after blindside, she still kept face with everyone and it eventually won her the game. |
Sierra was a very social player in the game. While her strategic play and lack of big moves left much to be desired, she was well liked by a lot of people in the game. |
Kelley was well-liked by everybody in the game. She was also very well respected because of her excellent Idol plays, which saved her twice. |
When the game started narrowing down, it became clear that Michele had made no enemies in the game but when it finally became clear to Aubry how big of a threat Michele really was, Michelle followed by winning some Immunities to get herself to the finals and even increased her odds by winning the advantage that allowed her to vote Neal off of the Jury, allowing her to win the game. |
At the beginning of the Merge, Jay saw himself at the very bottom when his allies, Michelle and Taylor were taken out in quick succession. However, Jay, despite being a physical threat, managed to worm his way into new alliances and got all the way to the Final Six. |
Along with Cirie's strategic prowess, she is a fantastic social player, having received no votes against her in this season and she probably would have won the game, had she not been "Idoled" out, when all other players were immune due to Hidden Immunity Idols and Advantages and she was the only option to vote for. |
Chrissy definitely played a great game and was well liked by almost everybody in the game, especially since she came back from a 4-3 deficit to be one of the top of her alliance. The only reason she didn't win, is because Ben lasted the last four Tribal Councils without an alliance. |
If the Jury wasn't as matured to the new way of thinking, that the best game played should be awarded with Jury votes, then Wendell would have beaten Dom in the finals. Wendell was well liked by everyone, while Dom was more confrontational. |
Mike was well liked by everybody because of his humor and overall social game. Even though he didn't win, he was still a great social player. |
Rick was the target from the second he made it back from Edge of Extinction, but he was well liked and well respected by every player in the game, making him a sure-fire in in a Final Three scenario. |
Lauren played a fantastic social game, aligning herself with Tommy very early on and getting friendships built with almost everyone in the game. |
Other than Sarah's alliance with Tony, which is probably the strongest alliance since Boston Rob and Amber. However, Sarah built very strong relationships in the game. This includes Ben, who actually told her to vote him out so that she can pad her resume for the Final Three. Nobody in the game really ever said a bad word about Sarah, other than noting how big of a threat she was. If she would have made it to the end with Tony, who knows? We might have had a different winner. |
