Survivor: Cagayan
Sarah was initially placed on the Aparri tribe of Brawns on Survivor: Cagayan. While in the woods, Sarah interrogated fellow police officer Tony Vlachos, asking if he was a cop. He lied to her, saying no, but Sarah did not believe this as she is also a cop. After some time, Tony decided to tell the truth. They bonded and formed an alliance called "Cops-R-Us". However, Tony lied once again to Sarah, saying that Cliff Robinson and Lindsey Ogle were gunning for her. Tony and Sarah convinced Woo Hwang and Trish Hegarty to come into their alliance and throw the challenge to vote Cliff out, who would then be followed by Lindsey. At the Immunity Challenge on Day 11, Solana easily came in first place. Despite Sarah, Trish, and Woo attempting to throw the challenge, Cliff single-handedly saved himself by winning the challenge for them, coming in second place, continuing their winning streak, and did not have to attend a Tribal Council. Though she was disappointed that Cliff was still in the game, Sarah showed no remorse for rival tribe Luzon and said they deserved to lose after their terrible performance.
At the Tribal Switch on Day 12, Sarah was left as the only remaining Brawn still on Aparri, as all her tribemates had been swapped to Solana. On Day 15, Sarah was thrilled when host Jeff Probst told her tribe that Cliff and Lindsey had both been eliminated the night before, Cliff at Tribal Council, and Lindsey quitting afterwards. When the Aparri tribe lost the subsequent Immunity Challenge, Tony yelled "Top 5" while celebrating victory with the Solana tribe, which made Sarah feel excluded. At Sarah's first Tribal Council, she joined Brains Kass McQuillen, Spencer Bledsoe, and Tasha Fox, as well as Beauty Morgan McLeod in deciding the fate of the other Beauties, Alexis Maxwell and Jeremiah Wood. They voted Alexis out, fearing she would reconnect with her old allies at the Merge.
The tribes merged into the Solarrion tribe on Day 17. Sarah found herself the swing vote between both tribes. At first, Sarah wanted to stick with the Aparri Alliance, but Kass questioned her loyalty, which made Sarah feel insecure. Tony tried to make Sarah swear to side back with his Solana Alliance, though she couldn't. Kass continued to argue with Sarah, which Trish saw as an opportunity. Kass and Tasha asked Sarah if she was willing to send home Trish or Jefra Bland, which Sarah refused as she would rather target a strong male who could possibly have a Hidden Immunity Idol such as Tony or JL McKanas. Trish and Tony realized that Sarah was no longer on their side and Trish went to talk to Kass to convince her to go with her alliance's votes. At Tribal Council, the new Aparri voted for Jefra, while all of the new Solana voted for Sarah. Kass flipped on her alliance and voted for Sarah, sending her home as the first Jury member and in 11th place.
At Final Tribal Council, Sarah congratulated the finalists. Sarah called out Tony for breaking their promise to not vote each other out. Sarah then asked Woo if he would vote for her if she played the same game as Tony did. Woo said if she did it without the idols, he would vote for her. Despite liking Woo and being angry with Tony, Sarah voted for the latter to become the Sole Survivor, contributing to his victory in an 8-1 vote.

Survivor: Game Changers
Sarah was initially placed on the Nuku tribe, where she aligned with Cirie Fields. However, many other Nuku members were targeting Cirie and Sarah was willing to go along with that plan if they lost. However, because Nuku won the first two challenges, they did not go to Tribal Council. After the Tribal Switch occurred on Day 7, she, along with fellow Nuku members Andrea Boehlke, Ozzy Lusth, Zeke Smith, and Cirie, and original Mana member Troyzan Robertson, were switched to the newly formed third tribe, Tavua. Here, Sarah aligned with outsider Troyzan, but Tavua did not go to Tribal Council due to strong performances at the next three Immunity Challenges.
After Tavua was dissolved, she along with Zeke, Ozzy, Tai Trang, and Andrea, was switched back to Nuku on Day 14, where they were joined by Sandra Diaz-Twine and Jeff Varner. After losing her first Immunity Challenge on Day 16, Sarah voted with the majority at Tribal Council, resulting in Sandra's elimination and Debbie Wanner joining the tribe after returning from Exile Island. After Nuku lost immunity again on Day 18, Jeff outed Zeke for being transgender at the subsequent Tribal Council, hoping to paint him as being capable of deception. Sarah tearfully accused Jeff of making a malicious attack, and expressed her support for Zeke. She then joined the rest of the tribe in verbally voting out Jeff.
Once the tribes merged into the Maku Maku tribe on Day 19, Sarah joined the Tavua Alliance led by Cirie and Andrea. However, she formed strong bonds with the rival Power Six alliance, led by Sierra Dawn-Thomas and Brad Culpepper, and joined to eliminate Hali Ford at the first post-merge Tribal Council. On Day 24, Sarah found herself the swing vote between the two alliances. Cirie and Andrea wanted to vote out Zeke for betraying the Tavua Alliance, while Debbie attempted to recruit Sarah to join the Power Six to eliminate challenge threat Ozzy. At Tribal Council, Sarah joined the Power Six to blindside Ozzy with the added insurance of Debbie's Extra Vote.
On Day 25, Sarah managed to retrieve the Vote Steal advantage, which was placed under the sit-out bench at a Reward Challenge. Although Sarah competed in the challenge, she noticed the advantage while Michaela Bradshaw, who was sitting out, did not. Before boarding the boat to leave the challenge, Sarah managed to grab the advantage without her tribemates noticing. After the next Immunity Challenge, the Power Six targeted Andrea, though Sarah felt excluded from the decision and conspired with Zeke. However, Sarah reconsidered after Sierra proposed a final three deal with her and Debbie. Later, Debbie told Aubry Bracco that Sarah did not trust her. Aubry informed Sarah and the rest of her alliance of this, which made Sarah flip to the Tavua Alliance to blindside Debbie.
Sarah later revealed her Vote Steal advantage to Cirie in order to secure her trust. After Andrea won the next Immunity Challenge, she campaigned to eliminate Zeke for continuously plotting against the Tavua Alliance. This worried Michaela and Sarah, as they were afraid that this would allow the remnants of the Power Six to later regain the majority. However, both Michaela and Sarah joined their alliance in blindsiding Zeke at Tribal Council. The following day, Sarah tearfully reunited with her husband, Wyatt, at the Loved Ones Challenge. Though the team of Aubry, Andrea, and Brad won, Sarah and Cirie were chosen to join them on the reward, along with their loved ones. Following this, Sierra told Sarah about the Legacy Advantage she acquired at the marooning, stating that if she were to be voted out, she would will the advantage to her. As a result of this information, Sarah orchestrated Sierra's elimination, feigning expressions of shock after the votes were read. Unaware that Sarah had participated in her blindside, Sierra willed Sarah the Legacy Advantage, which appeared in her bag the following morning.
Prior to the final seven Tribal Council, Sarah gave her Vote Steal advantage to Cirie as a sign of trust. In order to save Sarah from Tai's plan to eliminate her, Cirie tried to play the advantage at Tribal Council. However, it was then revealed that the advantage was non-transferable, and could only be played by the person who found it. Sarah asked for the advantage back and subsequently played it, negating Tai's vote and putting two votes on Michaela, one of Cirie's closest allies. Brad and Troyzan voted for Michaela as well, resulting in her elimination. After returning from Tribal Council, Sarah confronted Cirie for attempting to use the advantage without discussing her plan beforehand, and Cirie told her that she did so only because Sarah did not believe that Tai was coming after her. After finding out from Tai himself about his plan to vote her out, Sarah apologized to Cirie and rebuked Tai for backstabbing her.
On Day 36, Brad won immunity and chose to share the reward with Sarah and Troyzan. On the reward, the three agreed to target Tai. At Tribal Council, Sarah played the Legacy Advantage, which negated the three votes cast against her, Tai played an Hidden Immunity Idol on himself and Aubry, and Troyzan played an idol on himself, leaving Cirie as the only non-immune person, causing her to be eliminated by default. On Day 37, Sarah and Tai were caught in the middle of the duo of Brad and Troyzan who were targeting Aubry, and Aubry who was targeting Troyzan. Both Sarah and Tai ended up siding with Brad and Troyzan, leading to Aubry's unanimous elimination. On Day 38, Brad and Troyzan targeted Tai, while Tai targeted Troyzan, leaving Sarah as the swing vote. Tai tried to persuade Sarah to force a tie and allow him to compete against Troyzan in a fire-making challenge, but Sarah ultimately sided with Brad and Troyzan and Tai was unanimously voted out.
Sarah received mixed reception at the Final Tribal Council. She was lauded for her strategic control and social flexibility, but condemned for using social relationships for strategic gain and her numerous betrayals. Sarah's strategic control throughout out the post-merge phase beat out Brad's dominance in Immunity Challenges and Troyzan's lack of evident gameplay and she was awarded the title of Sole Survivor in a 7-3-0 vote only losing Ozzy, Debbie, and Sierra's votes.
After Tavua was dissolved, she along with Zeke, Ozzy, Tai Trang, and Andrea, was switched back to Nuku on Day 14, where they were joined by Sandra Diaz-Twine and Jeff Varner. Survivor: Winners at War
Sarah was originally on the Dakal Tribe, where she immediately reunited with her Cops R Us partner, Tony Vlachos and they joined Sandra Diaz-Twine in their aliance. There was also an opposing alliance of Tyson Apostol, Amber Mariano and Kim Spradlin-Wolfe, with the No Connections Alliance of Wendell Holland, Yul Kwon, Nick Wilson and Sophie Clarke. Tyson wanted to get Sandra out, while Sandra wanted Tyson out. However, when Tyson told them that he would vote for Amber ot Kim, they decided to switch targets and split votes between Amber and Kim, with Amber being voted out.
The next time they lost Immunity, Tyson was the target. However, Tyson told Tony and Sanrda that they needed each other because the No Connections Alliance was going to vote out everybody who had connections. Tony believed him and tried to convince Sandra that they needed Tyson as a shield. Sandra seriously considered it but her grudge for Tyson proved to be too great as Tyson was voted out.
There was then a Tribal Switch that saw Sarah and Sophie in the Rob Mariano, Ben Driebergen and Adam Klein. The girls immediately looked for cracks and there were quite a few but Sophie thought that they might realize that since they are so cracked, it's their best option to stay together. After losing Immunity, Sarah and Sophie were frustrated at Rob's "Buddy System" being implemented, which saw the guys stay in camp all day so as not to be swayed. However, Ben and Adam were annoyed by it too and decided to vote out Boston Rob.
The Tribes then Merged and Sarah, Tony, Ben, Sophie, Tyson, Jeremy and a few others joined forces as they were all top threats and knew that they would be early targets. Jeremy wanted to vote out Nick, but Ben and Tyson wanted to go after Wendell instead, because he was considered a bigger threat and despite Jeremy's reluctance, Wendell was voted out.
Next, Sarah wanted to go after Nick now that his main ally was voted out. However, Tony came to Sarah and told her that Adam had thrown her name out, so the entire alliance shifted their focus to Adam, who had already been seen as untrustworthy. The alliance split the votes between Adam and Nick and Adam was voted out.
The battle lines were then drawn as the massive alliance was split into two factions, even integrating the outsiders into their numbers. On one side saw Sarah, Tony, Ben, Sophie and Nick and on the other was Tyson, Kim, Michele, Denise and Jeremy. Sarah's alliance wanted to target Jeremy, who was seen as the biggest target in the game. Also, since the numbers were tied, Sophie told Sarah that she should use her Steal A Vote to boost their numbers. However, at Tribal, Jeremy surprised everybody by using a Safety Without Power advantage, allowing him to leave Tribal so that he could not be voted out, but also getting him no chance to vote. Even though they now had the numbers, Sarah used her Steal A Vote to take Denise's vote and boost their numbers even more. Kim played her Hidden Immunity Idol for Denise but it wouldn't matter, as the majority had split votes between Tyson and Denise and Tyson was voted out.
Since Jeremy narrowly escaped, he was the immediate target once again. The majority decided to split votes between Jeremy and Michele just in case of an advantage being played, and they were joined by Kim and Denise, who had abandoned their old alliance in order to survive. However, Tony and Nick jumped ship to Jeremy and Michele in order to blindside Sophie.
After getting back to camp, Sarah yelled at Tony for him voting out one of her closest allies. Sarah said that she would still play with him like they planned but that if his choice gets her voted out, then she wouldn't talk to him ever again. The next day, Jeremy seemed to be the target still, at least in Kim and Denise's eyes. However, Tony went to Ben and Sarah about joining Nick, Jeremy and Michele again and this time voting out Kim, who is a huge threat to win the game. This time they moved together and Kim was voted out.
However, Jeremy soon found himself in the cross-hairs once again as Ben and Sarah put Jeremy back into their list of targets, with Denise joining them. It appeared that Tony and Nick were in the middle, but they stuck with their original alliance, splitting the votes between Jeremy and Michele. Michele would play her 50/50 Coin Flip Advantage and Jeremy was voted out.
When they got back, Ben, Sarah and Tony could see a path to the Final Three. Nick knew that he was in danger and wanted to target Denise. However, Ben likes Denise and decided to go after Nick instead. Sarah appeared to be in the middle but she stuck with her alliance and Nick was voted out.
Natalie Anderson would then rejoin the game in the last Edge of Extinction challenge. Michele would win Immunity and the alliance of Ben, Tony, Sarah and Demise targeted Natalie. Tony thought that Natalie might have a Hidden Immunity Idol and wanted to throw votes at Denise so that Tony and Ben could save their Idols. However, Sarah and Ben thought that she didn't have an Idol and wanted to stick with the original plan. Natalie would play an Idol, forcing Tony and Ben to play their Idols also. This cancelled out all of the votes and since Sarah and Denise were the only eligible ones to be voted out, they re-vote and Denise was voted out.
The next morning the Idol hunt began but Sarah, Tony and Ben couldn't find it, so they were sure that Natalie or Michele had it. Natalie and Michele approached Sarah about voting out Ben and confirmed that Natalie had the Idol. sarah went to talk to Ben about a plan, but Ben told her that he gives her his blessing to vote him out in order to pad her resume. This made Sarah and Ben very emotional and Sarah really struggled with this decision, but eventually decided to vote out Ben.
Natalie would then win the last Immunity Challenge and chose to take Michele to the Final Three. This would force Tony and Sarah to have a Firemaking Challenge to see who joins them in the Final Three. Tony would win in what was said (by Jeff Probst) to be the best Firemaking Challenge of all time, and Sarah got emotional talking about Tony and how she was happy with going out that way as Sarah was eliminated as the last member of the Jury.
