Hannah started on Vanua. Vanua lost immunity on Day 7. During Tribal Council, Michelle Schubert told her to vote out Mari Takahashi, and would not tell her why. Hannah spent a lot of time at the voting booth because she was unsure what to do, but ultimately joined the majority in blindsiding Mari. After she returned from Tribal Council, she apologized to Zeke Smith and tried to explain her decision, but Zeke did not want to talk to her.
She along with Michaela Bradshaw, Jay Starrett, and Will Wahl were switched to the new Ikabula tribe after the Tribal Switch, and were joined by fellow Takali members Bret LaBella and Sunday Burquest. When Ikabula lost immunity, Michaela suggested that they split their votes between Bret and Sunday, and vote out Bret in the revote. Hannah and Michaela voted for Bret, but Jay and Will joined Bret and Sunday in blindsiding Michaela, shocking both Hannah and Michaela.
Returning from Tribal Council, Hannah was upset about being out of the loop. The Merge occurred the next day. She regrouped with fellow Vanua allies Zeke and Adam Klein. Will won immunity. The plan was to blindside Michelle. However, when a paranoid Adam started talking to Triforce member Taylor Stocker, Hannah considered voting out Adam or being untrustworthy, but at Tribal Council, she joined the majority in blindsiding Michelle. At the next Tribal Council, she helped her alliance split their votes between Taylor and Jay, and Taylor was voted out. On Day 28, Hannah and Zeke were caught in the middle between the Takali Alliance who targeted Jessica Smith, and David Wright's alliance who targeted Chris Hammons. They sided with the latter alliance, blindsiding Chris.
After the next Reward Challenge, Hannah told David about Zeke's plan to eliminate him, and she decided to join David Vinaka's Alliance. Before Tribal Council, Zeke talked to Hannah about his plan; after she was visibly reluctant to work against David, Zeke decided to target her instead. Hannah tried recruiting Adam to join her, David, Jessica, and Ken McNickle, and force a tie. At Tribal Council, her alliance voted for Zeke while Zeke's Vinaka Alliance voted for her which ended in a 5-5 tie between her and Zeke. The revote ended in a 4-4 tie between her and Zeke. Nobody would change their votes, so then a rock drawing Tiebreaker occurred where Jessica was eliminated by picking the unlucky rock.
It appeared Hannah's alliance was in the minority. The next day, Hannah met her mother Liz at the Loved Ones Challenge. Adam won immunity. At camp, Hannah said she believed she was the target. At Tribal Council, Adam played a Hidden Immunity Idol on her, however, it only negated four votes as Will flipped to her alliance so Zeke was blindsided. At the next Tribal Council, Hannah joined the majority in blindsiding Will. Ken won immunity at the final 7. At camp, Hannah decided to target Sunday to hinder her alliance members from bringing her to the end of the game as a perceived easy opponent in the jury vote. Her plan worked as Sunday was blindsided.
David won immunity on Day 36. Jay talked to Hannah and David about blindsiding Bret, but at Tribal Council, Hannah joined Ken, David, Adam, and Bret in blindsiding Jay. Ken won immunity on Day 37. Hannah, David, and Ken affirmed their final three deal and decided to target Adam for being a larger threat than Bret to win the final challenge. Adam then told Hannah about his new idol and plan to eliminate David, but Hannah told David and Ken. At Tribal Council, Adam played the idol on himself, but Hannah, David, and Ken voted against Bret to send him to the jury.
Back at camp, a frustrated Adam told Hannah that, if David made it to the Final Tribal Council, he would win the game; though she had repeatedly spared David, she agreed with Adam and promised to vote against David the next night. On Day 38, Ken defeated Hannah to win the Final Immunity Challenge. At camp, Hannah talked to Ken about eliminating David. At Tribal Council, Ken joined Hannah and Adam in voting out David.
At the Final Tribal Council, Hannah and Adam fought over strategic decisions, and she was criticized for foiling earlier plans to eliminate David. Hannah ultimately became the co runner up of the season along with Ken losing to Adam in a unanimous 10-0-0 jury vote.
